This collection explores the tension between growth and decay, beauty and disruption, order and chaos.
Each work is built through accumulation. Layers of paint, marks, textures, scraping, splattering and partially concealed imagery create surfaces that feel simultaneously botanical, geological and cellular. Nothing appears completely untouched. Instead, each layer records what came before it.
Organic forms emerge from the accumulated surfaces like flowers, cells, organisms or fragments of memory. Bright bursts of color: particularly pink, green, turquoise and gold—interrupt quieter, weathered passages, creating moments of vitality within visual complexity.
The paintings are intentionally ambiguous. They can be experienced as landscapes, gardens, microscopic worlds or emotional environments. What initially appears chaotic reveals structure the longer the viewer looks.
Together, the works become a study of resilience and transformation: the idea that beauty does not require pristine conditions to exist. Sometimes it grows directly out of the damage, the accumulation, and everything that came before.
